J&C Export was born on the ground, in Thailand — not from a remote office. The team first worked on air conditioning systems and off-grid solar power, two sectors where the country has a particularly developed industrial fabric. This initial expertise naturally led us to respond to other sourcing requests from French and European companies looking for a reliable point of contact in Southeast Asia: natural latex, rice, exotic fruit, natural aromas, electronics.
Today, our trilingual team is split between Thailand, where most of the on-the-ground work takes place — factory visits, negotiation, quality control — and France, for supporting our French-speaking clients. This setup removes the barrier of language and distance at every stage of a project, from the first exchange to receipt of the goods.

What is the lead time between order and delivery?
Lead time depends on the product, volume and mode of transport chosen: air freight is faster but more costly, sea freight more economical but longer. After reviewing your need, we provide a lead-time estimate before any order.
